netloiter

Developed
Netloiter is a new tool supporting a systematic way of injecting faults into network traffic. The tool will be used for experiments in test cases related to checking if a system-under-test performs correctly under different network condition. Faults (i.e. conditions of a network traffic) include slow network speed, network latency, lossy channel, packet reordering, or their combinations.

Completely new tool developed based on requirements of UC1 and UC2
