• Simulation based V&V * Preconditions: - Test scenario to validate the IC at system level is setup in lab. * Input conditions / steps: - Need to reproduce it in test bench, program different targets (up to 4). - Capture and proceed with the data for the scenario, run the scenario several times in order to characterize the repeatability of the measurement and extract any deviation. - Compare the target parameters for all measurements and compare with the expected one. - Link radar performances to IC critical performances. - Extract IC critical performances from System performance measurement in Test bench. * Expected results: - Faster extraction of relevant test results than with previous methods.
