UC1_R_15

Considering traffic monitoring system (camera, radar, or their combination), after longer period of connection interruption, only detection messages not older than a defined period will be transferred including the statistic report (from the whole period) and protecting the server from overloading (especially in case of massive connection drop at multiple places).

The data transfer mechanism that includes protection against counterfeiting or modification of transferred information shall enable detection of such event.
