"* Preconditions: Radar detection + tracking algorithm (including ML based postprocessing/classification) shall achieve 99% vehicle counting accuracy under various traffic scenarios where vehicles are slowing down and stopping completely (including detection of traffic incidence). * Input conditions / steps: radar data from simulator/real-world with significant occurrence of above mentioned cases. * Expected result: The system shall meet counting accuracy when dense traffic or traffic jam happens including ability to detect and report traffic incidents (car crashes)."
