DarkLabel is an open-source utility program that can label object bounding boxes with ID and name in videos and images. It can also be used to crop videos, sample training images in a video, and mosaic image regions. Anyone can use it for non-commercial purposes.

It will be used to speed up the process of generating the ground-truth of the position of the objects in the images/videos
